Aleksander Erichsen
CEO
Aleksander is a business developer and art director with experience from several of the country's largest agencies and clients. He holds a bachelor's degree in art direction and a master's degree in technology, innovation and knowledge. Not least, he has several successful start-up projects under his belt.
Tomas Fagerbekk
CTO
Tomas has a Computer Science masters degree from NTNU, with specialisation in big data. Working for BEKK consulting, he participated in projects for several of the largest companies in Norway. Later, he worked for successful early stage startups such as Otovo and Askeladden & Co.
Morten Noddeland
CPO
Morten is a software engineer with an eye for design. He has a master's degree in computer science from NTNU with a specialisation in interaction design. Among the first technical hires at Otovo Solar, he helped scale the company from 20 employees in Norway to 200+ world wide.
Henrik Nerdrum
Developer
Henrik is a developer with a masters degree in distributed systems from INSA Toulouse. He has previously worked with developing and scaling the Schibsted’s data platform to support millions of users across the nordics.
Aslak Hollund
Developer
Aslak has a master's degree in computer science from NTNU and a deep passion for product development. Before joining us, he worked as a developer at Favrit. Aslak has also developed several side-projects, such as a voting system for voluntary organisations, a platform to help people shop during quarantine.
Christian Aarup Skeie
Clinical Psychology Specialist
Christian is a psychology specialist with many years of experience from public mental health care, private practice and a wide range of different psychological conditions. In addition to specialist training from the Norwegian Psychological Association and the Institute for Active Psychotherapy, he specializes in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP).

Ivar is a psychology specialist, founder of the private psychology clinic, Psykologvirke, and associated with Psykforsk - Innovative Treatment Research. He is a specialist in Intensive Short-Term Dynamic Psychotherapy (ISTDP) and pioneering research on the use of psychedelic substances for mental healthcare treatment.

Per is a psychology specialist with experience from various levels in the specialist health service, including work with young people and parents, 24-hour treatment, interdisciplinary substance abuse treatment and has special specialization in talk therapy with adults. He also has experience with intake work, team management and guidance.

Founder of Otovo and Wanda Space
Lars Syse is an economist, investor and founder of two of the most successful Norwegian startups: Otovo and Wanda. Lars’ specialities cover tech entrepreneurship, financing, international expansion, economics and business strategy. Prior to his venture career he worked as CFO for Storebrand and Circle K Europe.
Jørn Mikalsen
Founder of Whereby
Seasoned entrepreneur, technologist and mental medtech advisor. Founder of video communication platform Whereby, the digital marketplaces Skiwo, Salita and Triv and the fintech company ManyMore. Mikalsen has a deep understanding for building and scaling software companies. Currently working as an advisor in Aleap, a Norwegian incubator for medtech startups.
Siw Tynes Johnsen
Cyber security and health regulation expert
Siw is a political scientist by education, but has spent most of her professional life in digital security and privacy. She has a background from the defence sector and as a consultant. Currently Siw works with sector-oriented information security in the Directorate for e-Health. Among other things, she is a member of the secretariat for Norm for information security and privacy in the health and care sector (Normen).
Kaja Asbjørnsen Betin

Leader of the e-health team at Lovisenberg DPS. Co-founder and chairman of the Psychologists' Association for Digital Health (DigPsyk). Kaja has several years of experience with digital treatment, treatment implementation, as well as training and guidance of therapists. She is a published author on digital therapy and is among the leading experts in her field.

Throughout his 14 years at Nets, Jørgen has had a central role in the digitization of Nordic payment processing, as well as built up solid international management and business expertise. Jørgen also has broad board experience from the entire Nordic region and has contributed as an advisor and investor in several start-ups.

Ole Christian has over 20 years of experience as CEO of commercial companies, with the main focus on the German market. He has extensive management experience, especially in technology companies. He currently specializes in assisting Norwegian companies that want to launch their products and systems in Germany, Austria or Switzerland, with a special focus on the health sector.
